Behind the scenes: 

Shooting in Lanzarote, Canary Islands. I thought it would be shooting in a beautiful location somewhere on the island but in fact this jungle is made from the giant jungle in the lobby of the Melia Salinas hotel! The water was freezing cold and i was wearing some ghetto duct-taped thigh-high wet suit boots.

i think this one was photoshopped weird and they made me look somehow like lana del ray?

this is my absolute all time favorite dress i've ever worn in a shooting. 

valentino ss/13. the most delicate nude mesh with a gorgeous feather light silk slip

 and stunning intricate tiny beading embroidery!! le sigh!!

this was shot in the most insanely awesome vintage furniture shop in madrid, called La Studio (lastudio.es). most definitely worth a stop in if you are in madrid.

its a good day when you are surrounded by an amazing talented team, shooting all over hot sunny beautiful paris. good vibes and just oh so fun. i was hanging out of balconies on boulevard saint germain, leaning over ledges and splashing barefoot in the dirtiest fountain under the Sacre Coeur of Montmartre. I was melting in fur and even saved a beautiful fur jacket from falling to its death into the seine.  Under the bridges of Ile Saint Louis there were piles of shit and it smelled horrible like piss but you wouldn't be able to tell from the photo!

i guess the best part of shooting the trends editorial for shopbop is that i've been a fan of the website for years.  I used to shop on it all the time, and when i worked at CD Network in NYC, i've sold them wholesale clothing, and now I get to model for them ... so now the cycle is complete!  This is also the first work i've done as a model that will be seen in the US. :)
